Maxwell was featured on GQ.com for this seasons best men sports jacket. He discussed his eight year and absence and how he sure he had normal twenties.

The good looking couple decided to call it quits after rumors have been surfacing of them fighting over the Super bowl weekend after Lance was having a bit too much fun with the groupies. They was set to wed in July and seemed happy in love. But I guess nothing last forever. In a sad situation one of the up sides is his FINE self being back on the market. Don't give me the side eye ladies you know you was thinking it too! First Kim and Reggie now these two. It must be them summer months coming up, everybody acting a fool.

NY-Z Absolut Collaboration With Jay-Z.

 Earlier this month, a brief NY-Z trailer hit the ‘net, but now the full 15-minute minute documentary is available for viewing. The Danny Clinch-directed short features a variety of content. From never-before-seen footage of Jay-Z and John Mayer preparing for the September 11 concert at Madison Square Garden to basic discussion about what type of records the Carters played growing up, the doc is a simple but interesting look at the rap icon. Absolut has a reputation for dope artist partnerships, stemming from wok with guys like Andy Warhol and Keith Haring in the ’80s, and the latest endeavor with Jay continues the trend.




If you can't respect anything else about Jay-Z please let it be his work ethic. This man works hard and the way he draws inspiration for his music is reason why he is on top and will go down as one of the greatest MC's to ever do it. If more people took to their work and treated it as art like he did then they would be just as successful and not walking around talking about the "illumanati'! Kudos to Jay for making music still worth buying!

Making History!! President Obama signs Heath Care Reform Bill!!!

This is one of those proud moments that I want to be able to tell my grandchildren. Yes We Can, Yes We Did!! This means so much to Americans like myself who have struggled with maintaining health care and insurance do to high cost and jobs unwilling to provide. My heart goes out to the 7yr who lost his mother after she was turned away from the hospital for no insurance and died. If you can't understand the joy in this than you can't have a heart. This is what a president is for to make new laws that will better all the taxing paying Americans not just the rich! Congrats President Obama!!!! I feel like my vote did count!

This lady by the name of Angela and she says Wayne calls her Angel of course has a Myspace page deicated to exposing Toya for stealing her identity claiming that Lil Wayne was orginally supposed to marry her but was pressured by his family and mother marry Toya instead because she was the mother of his child.

Whats actually so sick about this story is that after the interview of with Toya and Sister2Sister magazine was posted on their website she flooded the comment board with long messages calling Toya out and making all sorts of outlandish claims. She goes on to say God meant for her and Wayne to be together and people will be punished for what they did. Cleary this lady has lost her marbles and Toya know like I know she would hire extra security because this b*tch is nuts! Sounds like a jumpoff gone mad! Clearly Lil Wayne must has marvelous sex game because he has these females going wild. Between the multiple baby mamas, the overabundance of groupies and now this chick, I'm convinced. Anyway Pray for this lady because if there is any truth to this story she should just get over it because Wayne is not checking for her. This is not the man God has sent for you to be with and the faster you realize that the better!  On ths flip side of things it could all be fake and made up because them pics on her Myspace look like they came from 1990.

Former NBA player Winston Bennet came out about his "sex addiction" where he averaged sex with up to 90 women a month. Bennet who was married for 20 years and gave his wife 2 STD's. 



After 90 women a month and STD, his wife stood by his side the entire time, yet this muthaf*cka had the nerve to say if he found out his wife cheated on him he would leave her.... smgdh. And they wonder why AIDS is killing African American people at alarming rates.  I was feeling bad for him until he said that ignorant sh*t. I think women threw themselves at him because of his status and he acted on it, ignoring everything that his wedding vowels and marriage stood for.

His wife is nothing short of a FOOL! He admitted to rarely using condoms and gave her sexually transmitted diseases but she stayed because of her faith in God. I have faith in God also but I would be damned if I would have stayed with him. I guess she didn't learn anything from Magic and apparently neither did Cookie.

Shaq and Shaunie Reach Settlement in Divorce.

NBA star Shaquille O’Neal and his soon to be ex-wife Shaunie O’Neal have finally reached a settlement in their divorce. Shaunie’s lawyer revealed to TMZ that the former couple has reached a settlement in regards to property, custody, and support. A Florida court will officially divorce the couple and deal with matters of property and spousal support while a California court will handle any child custody issues between the two. Both Shaq and Shaunie have been together for almost seven years and the couple has four minor children together.

 Can't say that I would have ever though this was going to come, but I guess Shaunie was serious.

Chris Brown Pleads For Fans Help.

I guess Chris Brown is really feeling the decline in his career, because he took to his SayNow and pleaded for his fans to support and demand his music to be played on the radio. Certain radio stations and stores such as Wal-Mart have black listed Chris Brown's music.  Its kind of sad because he really sounds desperate. I think people should  move past this issue and get over it. Not playing Chris Brown is forcing us to have to hear D-List R&B from people like Ray-J. He sounds like a changed man that is truly sorry. In my opinion if anyone should be black listed it should me R. Kelly. #ImJustSayin

A rehab that will give recovering addicts a chance to learn a trade and enter the working world when leaving the center. After watching the video and I was really moved. There is nothing better than giving back. Kudos to Beyonce for showing that she cares. And to all the haters that had something negative to say.. STFU! What have you done for someone lately? Probably nothing. Take notes and learn how to be a help to your community. Something as simple as buying a homeless person a meal can be an answer to someones prayers.

4 Best Foods For Runners.

For all my runners like me (or trying to be) here are four foods that are good for you.
Health.com's Jenny Hadfield, a certified personal trainer, shares her top picks for foods for runners.

1. Almonds. They're portable, which is great, but they're also high in the antioxidant vitamin E, which helps prevent achy muscles.

2. Oranges. Running can damage muscles, and oranges are an excellent source of vitamin C, a nutrient that helps them heal.

3. Sweet potatoes. This yummy veggie is high in energy-giving carbs and beta carotene, plus minerals like potassium and magnesium, which runners lose through sweating.


4. Tuna. To keep muscles working optimally and to support rebuilding of muscles, runners should aim for about 60 to 90 grams of protein per day. (That’s more than non-runners need.) And, tuna is an easy source of protein--a 4 ounces provides about half of your daily protein requirements.

The Beyonce Cosmetology Center Is Now Open!

Beyonce and her mother Tina cut the ribbon to the The Beyonce Cosmetology Center at the Phoenix House Rehab in Brooklyn NY. Back when Beyonce was filming "Cadillac Records, she visited the center and so moved by the stories she decided to donate her salary from the movie and open the center with the help of her mother. The Beyonce Cosmetology Center will be for men or women to start their careers in the beauty industry after completing a seven month program.

Tim Gunn Disses The Kardashian's Style.

Tim Gunn makes it known that he does not approve of The Kardashian sisters style. Back in February during fashion week he commented saying

"I just think the Kardashians have an absence of taste and I don't think that that should be perpetuated. I'm sorry I'm sounding like an old farty snob, but it bothers me."

Then while on "The Joy Behar Show" he continued to show his dislike when Joy asked him about them.

"Tim went in saying  "It may have some sexiness to it." But, Gunn made it clear that sexiness alone does not warrant praise."

He continued his take-down, saying "I find it largely vulgar.

"I find that it has a cheapness and a tawdriness."
