Ne-Yo Confirms He's Going to Be a Daddy.... Again.

Ne-Yo and girlfriend Monyetta Shaw are expecting their first child together.

EBONY sat down with the singer-songwriter at a super exclusive photoshoot planned to help promote his upcoming album Libra Scale. Ne-Yo, who is preparing to attend the ASCAP Awards Friday night in Beverly Hills, talked about how he had traveled home to Atlanta to get some news about the baby.

Surprise! He had to come home so he could make the first ultrasound visit with his girlfriend. There’s no word on the sex of the baby because the tiny tot curled up in a ball, leading Ne-Yo to joke that his future progeny is “stubborn.” But, he added, “They didn’t get that one from me.”

“I am 30 and I do have my first child on the way, and I’m very, very, very excited about that,” he tells EBONY. “It’s a New Year’s baby and I’m just in a really good place right now.”

He took care of his ex-girlfriend's son like his own, until she started demanding outrages amounts of child support and a paternity test proved someone else was the father.  Congrats Ne-Yo!

Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz Confirm Pregnany and Engagement.

A wedding and a baby are on the way for Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz.

The musicians "are expecting a baby and are engaged to be married in a private ceremony later this year," reps for the couple confirm to PEOPLE.

The announcement comes after the two, together since fall 2008, attended Thursday night's Black Ball in London, which benefits Keys's Keep a Child Alive charity.

"They're very happy," says a friend of the couple.

Robin Thicke and Paula Patton Welcomes Baby Boy!

Robin Thicke and wife Paula Patton are the proud parents of a baby boy.


The R&B singer and Precious actress welcomed a son named Julian into the world on Tuesday (April 6). This is the first child for the couple, who wed in June 2005.

Thicke missed his opening slot on the Los Angeles date of Alicia Keys’ “Freedom” tour so he could be by his wife’s side. His tourmate Keys shared the happy news and confirmed the baby’s name during her set at the Staples Center on Tuesday, saying, “We miss [Robin] tonight, but we congratulate him.”

In a recent interview with Rap-Up.com, Thicke explained how he chose his son’s name. “My brother didn’t ever hang out with me when we were teenagers, so I kind of always dreamed of having a little brother or a son,” he said. “I came up with the name Julian when I was like 14 years old. So when I told my wife the idea, she loved the name and it stuck.”

Mariah Carey Preggers??

Congrats may be in order for The Carey's Cannon's. For months speculation have been going around that Mimi and her husband Nick Cannon maybe be expecting, with no official statement from either of them confirming or denying the pregnancy minds can only wonder. Addikted2Fame.com reader went to Mariah's show in Philadelphia this past weekend and said she looks to be about fours months pregnant.

"She didn't officially announce her pregnancy but, she looks to be about four months pregnant. She wasn't doing much moving or dancing"

I can believe it that "HATE U" video was fishy something was up. Keep our baby bump eyes open we should be seeing one in 5, 4, 3..

Heidi Klum To Debut Two Maternity Lines

Super Model & Super Mom Keidi Klum has two maternity lines coming out February 12: one for Motherhood Maternity called “Loved,” and one for A Pea in the Pod called “Lavish.” Klum, who has been pregnant four times, says she chose it “because there is no grander name to express everything you want to give yourself and the child growing within you.” And there is no grander maternity-belly scarf than whatever she has going on in this picture.  I’m sure fashions godfather, Karl Lagerfeld, is merely cringing as this, last summer when the German babe dropped all of her pregnancy weight and appeared on German Vogue, he made a statement, “She’s fat, I don’t know her. Claudia (Schiffer) doesn’t know her. She was never in Paris, we don’t know her.”
