After a eight year break, Maxwell came back with number 1 album "BLACKsummers'night" in the summer of 2009, and it was well worth the wait. Heart breaker and baby maker single "Pretty Wings" as the album's lead single, followed "Bad Habits" and the steamy video featuring actress Kerry Washington. Six Grammy nods and a set performance later Maxwell sits down with TraceTV to talk about his music, why he enjoys being away from the spotlight and the inspiration behind his latest album.
Maxwell is scheduled to release his second part to the trilogy 2010!
